Did you know, the pictures can be updated? Yes, you don’t have to rely on the default images there. You want them to reflect your priorities and what you want them to see. So updated them.
Did you know you can post specials and discounts on Google My Business? Yes, you can post your current specials and promotions right on your business listing. So take advantage of this feature.
Lastly reviews! Oh those dreaded reviews. Make sure you stay up to date on your reviews. Many potential customers will research your reviews before making a purchase with you. So it’s crucial to stay on top of it. Answer them in a very non contentious, polite, solution oriented tone. Try and get the issue discussed on the phone so you take the conversation away from the public’s eyes. Have no illusions, other customers are looking at how you respond to problems.
